Study and career guidance
TU Dortmund University has set itself the goal of recruiting students in a gender-sensitive manner both centrally and at faculty level and counteracting gender-stereotypical study and career choice behavior. One focus here is on attracting women to STEM degree programs and men to social and cultural science subjects and to the teaching profession. The Equal Opportunities Office runs various projects and programs to counteract gender-stereotypical study and career choices.
