Equal opportunities budget of the departments

Each department at TU Dortmund University has a budget that it uses for gender equality activities. Here you can find information on the equal opportunities budgets of the departments.

In order to achieve the goal of equality between men and women, TU Dortmund University invests centrally in a wide range of projects and measures. In the past, each department reserved three per thousand of its budget for gender equality activities. Following the introduction of a "needs-based allocation of funds" at TU Dortmund University, expenditure on gender equality activities is addressed in budget negotiations. The departments refer to their gender equality concepts, in which faculty-specific gender disparities and planned countermeasures as well as the associated costs are described.
