"Ein Ergebnis, mit dem beide Parteien zufrieden sein können." Das sollte laut Trainerin Petra Sofia Hübner das Ziel eines jeden Verhandlungsgesprächs sein.
At the female.2.enterprises workshop on two mornings in July, female students and academics had the opportunity to practice "good negotiation". Together with trainer Petra Sofia Hübers, the focus was on the right preparation, rhetorical technique and good money.

Negotiating on your own behalf is often a major challenge, especially for young professionals. According to trainer Petra Sofia Hübers, one thing is particularly important in order to assert your own wishes and at the same time maintain a good relationship with your negotiating partners: "Preparation is the be-all and end-all in order to come out of a negotiation successfully." This also includes starting the conversation with a very clear and realistic goal.

Especially when it comes to salary, young women in particular are often said not to demand enough. The first part of the workshops therefore dealt with money in great detail: What starting salary can I expect with my degree? What is more important to me: a high salary, a meaningful job or is it perhaps not possible to have one without the other? The participants researched, reflected and thus created a good basis for entering into their first salary negotiation.

After the first morning was full of theoretical input on negotiation techniques and rhetorical basics, the participants were able to apply what they had learned on the second morning. They negotiated with Petra Sofia Hübers in role plays. They were able to choose the topic themselves - in addition to salary, they also discussed more flexible working hours or working from home.
