Female students, academics and graduates of TU Dortmund University can now register for the new female.2.enterprises program. In addition to workshops on career-related topics, female.2.enterprises is also going on tour again in the winter semester and visiting companies in the region.
The current program includes dates from November 2023 to January 2024.
Empowerment for women at TU Dortmund University who want to prepare their entry into the economy
With female.2.enterprises (f.2.e), the Equal Opportunities Office at TU Dortmund University aims to show female students and academics from all disciplines at TU Dortmund University career development opportunities in the region and prepare them for a career in business.
At f.2.e on stage and f.2.e online, participants have the opportunity to prepare themselves for a career in business by taking part in further training and information courses.
At f.2.e on tour, attractive companies offer intensive insights into their company structures and explain internal career paths. Participants can make contact with employers at an early stage, get to know HR managers and broaden their view of employment options - both now and for the future.
The program is aimed at women from all departments at TU Dortmund University. Participation in all female.2.enterprises events is free of charge.
