Perfect waves on campus
- MinTU

In the Department of Physics department, the focus was on "riding the perfect wave throughout the day". Unlike surfers, who often wait all day for the perfect wave, the students simply turned the tables. They explored where waves can be found in their everyday lives and what they have to do with melted chocolate, brushing their teeth or cooking food. With experiments and handicrafts, they embarked on a foray into physics and got to the bottom of everyday phenomena.
The Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering took a closer look at space and construction and explored different scales. Using tracing paper, wooden sticks and glue, the girls built creative and unusual buildings. The workshop was rounded off with a guided tour and a visit to the production hall with milling machines and lasers for material processing.
On their first workshop day, the girls got to know both campuses directly and are now well prepared for further workshop days.
