1987 - 2010 Research assistant at the Social Research Center Dortmund with a focus on the following topics:
- Research on organizational culture, personnel and organizational development, conflict escalation and bullying in the workplace as well as on the transformation of work and gender issues in the world of work
- Advising companies, public administrations and non-governmental organizations on improving organizational culture and implementing gender-equitable working conditions
- Conducting skills training on communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, in particular workplace bullying
