Female students prepare their own application strategies

Coach Ricarda Scharbert addressed the participants' individual questions during the application training.

As part of female.2.enterprises, the application training course "From job search to job interview" took place again in June. The participants spoke with trainer Ricarda Scharbert about successful application strategies and how they can find their own individual path to the right job.

We started with the question "How do I even get a job? Ricarda Scharbert emphasized how important it is to build up a personal network and made it clear to the participants that, in theory, it only takes seven people to network worldwide. As an example, she showed how a supposedly inconspicuous contact in a personal environment could ultimately lead to an interview with Barak Obama via a good network - or in the case of the participants: to a suitable position.
