Bukof publishes position paper for a gender-equitable higher education policy

In a position paper, the Federal Conference of Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers at Universities (bukof) formulates positions for more gender equality at German universities - for all types of universities and status groups. The paper identifies the need for change and makes concrete demands in 18 areas of action, including anti-discrimination, study conditions, personnel policy and digitalization. The positions were developed in a two-year discussion process and represent a common understanding of all gender equality stakeholders represented in bukof. They represent a "call and invitation to change".
